If you enjoyed The Dixie Swim Club in 2010, you’re bound to love this outrageous southern comedy, written by one of the same authors. 

The death of father Bud sends the Turpin family into a tailspin.  Son Ray-Bud turns to drink as funeral bills rise, son Junior struggles with marital problems, sister Delightful copes by devouring junk food.  Widow Raynelle is besieged with advice from relatives, the preacher, and a community of colorful characters, but somehow the funeral comes off -- albeit in Turpin style.
